For those of you too new to affiliate marketing, check the programs on the right hand side of Experience advertising .com which are all thru Commission Junction and Link Share.
When you sign up on Commission Junction, do so as a Publisher, not Advertiser. Advertiser is those who want to get affiliates for their own programs, Publisher is the same thing as Affiliate which means that you will put other people’s banner codes onto your sites and receive commission whenever someone pays them thru you.

If you want things the easy way, you can just join Google Adsense and try to integrate the ads into your sites so that the links look like they are a part of your website rather than advertising.
